Inspired by a Southern Cajun dining experience, Blue Crab Grill's unique style is a signature restaurant in Laurel. Owners Shane and Andrea Thornton have served their classic homemade menu items including gumbo, oyster half shell, grilled mahi, blue crab cakes in Waynesboro since 2013 and expanded to the great city of Laurel in 2016.
The menu is mixed with Southern roots and crazy cajun flair. Everything and we mean EVERYTHING is made in house DAILY! Bringing you truly fresh ingrediants, local produce, gulf seafood, all while cooked per order. Our menu is ever evolving with specials and experiements!
Many of the dishes that are served at Blue Crab Grill are from Shane and Andrea's travels, experiences, and hertiage! We look forward to sharing many more new dishes, ideas, and growth to the beautiful town of Waynesboro and Laurel!
