Inspired by a Southern Cajun dining experience, Blue Crab Grill's unique style is a signature restaurant in Laurel.  Owners Shane and Andrea Thornton have served their classic homemade menu items including gumbo, oyster half shell, grilled mahi, blue crab cakes in Waynesboro since 2013 and expanded to the great city of Laurel in 2016. 

The menu is mixed with Southern roots and crazy cajun flair. Everything and we mean EVERYTHING is made in house DAILY! Bringing you truly fresh ingrediants, local produce, gulf seafood, all while cooked per order (no heat lamps here) such as our "French Cut Porkchop". This hit is coated in a sweet brown sugar rub, grilled medium, placed atop gouda grits, while topped with a mushroom cream sauce with roasted garlic and seasonings all while paired with grilled asparagus marinated in our Orleans butter garlic. Now thats a mouth full! The menu also mixes our Maryland style handmade Blue Crab Cakes (Crab From our own Gulf Coast). They are grilled with a little butter, paired with gouda grits, asparagus, and topped with our Crawfish Juliee sauce! And finally nothing says seafood like our Gulf Steamers. You pick between jumbo gulf shrimp, royal reds, Alaskan snow crab, or dungeness crab to be seasoned exactly how you like it and steamed for the freshest flavor you can find!

Many of the other dishes that are served at Blue Crab Grill are from Shane and Andrea's other travels, experiences, and hertiage! We look forward to sharing many more new dishes, ideas, and growth to the beautiful town of Waynesboro and Laurel!
